The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore. The two queen beds were exceptionally comfy, and the fluffy pillows added to a restful night after a day of sightseeing. However, street noise was overwhelming. earplugs are essential if you hope to sleep soundly. The maintenance issues were disappointing as they were not addressed promptly by staff.

Great for a short stay, but expect noise
We stayed for two nights in a King Room and found it comfortable but very noisy due to the downtown location. Staff were adequate but not overly warm. Enjoyed nearby ORSO for dinner since the hotel restaurant only served breakfast. Perfect for a quick visit, but bring earplugs!

The King Room was cozy, and having a private balcony to sip coffee was a nice touch. I loved lounging by the pool and exploring the well-kept gardens after a long day. Although the room felt a bit dated and could use a refresh, I still had a great time! 😊
